If you are migrating your domain name and email services to CloudTree.

You must ensure that your existing mailbox credentials are removed from all devices. (PC's, Laptops, Tablets, Phones, any other device linked to your email account)

If you do not remove your old crendtials your email will be trying to connect to our mail servers with incorrect log in details. This will lead our security protection to think someone is trying to hack into your email account and block your IP Address.

You will no longer be able to send or receive emails. You can check to see if your IP has been blocked by visiting https://cloud-tree.co.uk, if you are unable to load the website. You have probably been blocked. 

Log into your customer portal at https://mycloudtree.co.uk and raise a support ticket requesting your IP is unblocked. But please ensure you remove the offending account details otherwise the trigger will happen again and you will be blocked again.
