Older Versions of Windows and Outlook

If you are using outdated windows or outlook versions (Windows 7, Outlook 2007, 2012, 2013)

By defaul your machine will not be using the latest security protocols TLS1.2.

As of June 2016 we no longer allow any connections using older SSL or TLS1.0 or TLS1.1 protocols.

There is a way of updating your machines to use TLS1.2 but it requires some advanced technical knowledge.

Please note, CloudTree does not support desktop applications, nor do we assume any responsibility for users who apply this patch.

Alternative methods of using email with out enabling TLS1.2 include webmail, thunderbird and emclient free outlook alternatives.
