Do you accept Direct Debit payments?

I would like to pay by Direct Debit.

Sure, we can provide this, but this process does take a few days to complete. 
Select Direct Debit as the payment method, we will then send you a Direct Debit Mandate Request.
Once you have completed this and we have processed it with our bank we will be able to activate your account.

Can you activate my account before the Direct Debit has been set up?

In some cases we can, but you need to raise a support ticket with us and we will contact you for some more information.
Just use the support system on your client portal, or send an email to "support@cloud-tree.co.uk"
Otherwise we will activate your account as soon as the Direct Debit mandate has been processed.
