In order to keep the software running the web hosting platforms up to date, we will be applying the latest patches to the following servers
- Local Email services
We will reboot each server as a precautionary restart after the patches have been applied. This will cause a short outage of less than 5 mins whilst the machines reboot.
We do not expect this to cause any significant disruption to services.
Support will be on hand for any questions or issues via the ticketing system as normal, which can be accessed via your customer portal at https://mycloudtree.co.uk
