We are always doing our best to keep our prices as low as possible whilst providing the highest quality services to our customers. During our last review, it was decided that due to the excessively high transaction charges applied by PayPal to withdraw it from our methods of accepted payments from the end of June 2019. It is felt this is a better option than the alternative of increasing our prices.
If you have been using PayPal to pay for your CloudTree Services, we ask you to now log in to your MyCloudTree customer portal to set up a new method of payment before your next due invoice to avoid any disruption to your services.
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards and also accept Direct Debit payments using online digital DD Mandates.
Simply click on the Billing Menu from the top menu links and select either "Manage Direct Debit Mandate" or "Manage Credit Cards"
